Shipping & Returns
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $50 or more before taxes and after discounts, shipped to the contiguous 48 United States. Economy shipping for eligible orders below $50 weighing up to 5 lb is $4.90. Other applicable rates are shown at checkout.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays; launches, promotions and restocks may take longer. Perfume ships by domestic ground service. Estimated delivery after processing is typically 3–7 business days and is not guaranteed. Air, expedited and overnight services are not offered. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or international destinations.
Returns are accepted for new, unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used fragrance, including tested sprays, discovery sets, samples, decants, final-sale items and gift cards, is not eligible. Email support@petalsmoke.com with your order number, items and reason before returning anything.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or defective or we sent the wrong item. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for an incorrect, damaged or defective item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error; if the order shipped free, outbound shipping cost may be deducted. We do not offer direct exchanges. Orders can be cancelled only before processing or fulfillment.
Choosing your scent
Which bottle size should I choose?
15 mL is a smaller first bottle or an easy one to carry. Choose 50 mL for a scent you want in your regular rotation. Available sizes are shown above.
How close is it to the inspiration?
The named fragrance is a reference for the scent direction. Ours is an independent interpretation, not the original fragrance or an exact-match promise.
How long will it last?
Wear varies with the scent, your skin, application and conditions. We do not promise the same wear time for every person.

Returns

About Petals & Smoke
We formulate our own fragrance concentrates from individual aromatic materials and perfumery accords. We make trial blends, evaluate them and revise the formula, then blend and bottle in Texas.
Working at the formula level lets us adjust the opening, balance and drydown instead of being limited to a ready-made fragrance oil.
