Accessibility Statement

Petals & Smoke is committed to making our storefront usable and welcoming for as many people as possible. We are actively improving readability, keyboard access, color contrast, image descriptions, navigation, and checkout clarity across the site.

Our standard

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practical for a Shopify storefront experience.

Need help?

If you experience difficulty using the site, finding product information, placing an order, or accessing a policy, email support@petalsmoke.com. Include the page URL, the issue you ran into, and the assistive technology or browser you are using if relevant.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is ongoing. As we add products, photography, filters, and account features, we will continue testing and refining the experience.
