Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $50 or more before taxes and after discounts, shipped to the contiguous 48 United States. Shipping rates for orders below $50 are calculated at checkout.

Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, promotions, or restocks, processing may take longer. If we anticipate a material delay, we will contact you by email.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship only to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Delivery service and estimates
Perfume orders ship by a compliant domestic ground service selected for the product’s documented transport classification and destination. Estimated delivery after processing is typically 3–7 business days. Air, expedited, and overnight services are not offered for perfume. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays can occur.

Transport requirements for fragrance
Alcohol-based perfume may be regulated for transport. Each shipment is prepared and labeled according to its documented classification, applicable law, and the selected carrier’s requirements. Required transport markings may appear on the outer shipping carton. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be shipped lawfully or safely by our available service.

Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

Address accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly or for reshipment costs on returned packages due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it after the new shipping cost is paid.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it is missing, check with household members, neighbors, and the local carrier facility, then email support@petalsmoke.com within seven days of the delivered scan.

Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, email support@petalsmoke.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and damaged items. We will review the claim and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Shipping restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel orders or restrict shipping to locations where fragrance shipping is prohibited by law or carrier policy.
