Return and Refund Policy

Because fragrances are personal-care items, we apply a hygiene and authenticity standard.
Returns eligibility
We accept returns on new, unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns on opened or used fragrance bottles, including tested sprays, discovery sets, samples, decants, final sale items, or gift cards.
How to start a return
Email support@petalsmoke.com with your order number, the item or items you want to return, and the reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If your order was shipped free, the outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different item, return the eligible product and place a new order.
Incorrect, damaged, or defective items
If we made an error or an item arrived damaged, email support@petalsmoke.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or fulfilled. Email us as soon as possible at support@petalsmoke.com.
