Named for the portion of whiskey that evaporates from the barrel — the share given to the angels — this fragrance opens with the warm bite of cinnamon, a crisp apple note, and the round oakiness of cognac. Praline and tonka settle in the heart like the bottom of a good glass, heavy and sweet with a faint nuttiness. By dry-down, it's all sandalwood and vanilla: smooth, slow, made for cooler air and candlelight.
