The Scent
The bergamot hits bright and clean — almost electric — then the Sichuan pepper arrives, and the opening gets a crackle of warmth that makes you pay attention. The heart is architectural: lavender lays the structure, geranium adds green complexity, and star anise pushes the whole thing slightly off-center in the best way. The base is the anchor — ambroxan gives it that magnetic, skin-close hum, cedar dries it down, and labdanum adds just enough resinous darkness to keep it interesting twelve hours in.
